Emily Cleaveland had such great success with our recent Shape Up & Suit Up program that it has been requested, by the participants, to continue!! The new 4 week session will begin on June 17th and end July 10th. Join Emily in our Group Fitness Studio for some fantastic cardio workouts mixed with some weight training!!

MRFC is pleased to welcome Lauran Steinmetz to our Fitness Staff! Lauran is from Grantham, is a personal trainer and is looking forward to meeting our members!
Lauran will be starting of first ever EARLY AM BOOT CAMP!! Boot Camp will be offered Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 6:30 AM!! Bright and early and a fantastic way to start your day! Plan on working hard with both weights and cardio and some not so traditional exercises! This class is for ALL fitness levels and will be taught in a fun community based atmosphere!
Boot Camp Sessions: 12 Classes per session: $120.00/session or $12/class
- Session 1: June 24-July 19
- Session 2: July 22- Aug 16
- Session 3: Aug 19- Sept 9
Please pre-register for either an entire session or for individual sessions! A minimum of 3 participants are required!!!
