Welcome Beth-Aime Labonte! Beth will be teaching Two Yoga Classes at Mountainside beginning in March!
Gentle Flow Yoga: March 10th – April 14th 6 weeks Thursdays 8-9 AM Cost $59
Suitable for students with injuries, those new to yoga, and prenatal and postnatal students. It is also great for students of all levels who want a more gentle practice. The Gentle Flow Yoga classes will help students overcome injuries, will help pregnant women prepare their body and mind for labor and delivery, will ease postnatal students back to their regular practice and is perfect for those new to yoga. We will focus on body and breath awareness, as well as building strength, flexibility and balance.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga: March 15th- April 19th 6 weeks Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 PM Cost: $59.00
The word Vinyasa means “breath-synchronized movement.” Beth will teach you to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale. This style allows for a lot of variety, and is an energetic class that increases strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. For those who are less flexible or injured, modifications will be given allowing each student to experience the benefits of each posture.
