MRFC is excited to annouce the addtion of our second Les Mills Group Fitness Program!  BODY COMBAT is a Martial Arts inspired Cardio class drawing from disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo and Muay Thai!  Supported by driving music and our powerful role model instructors, you strike, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness!  Check it out at!

Launch Weekend Classes!  Sign-up in advance for one of these Classes as space is limited!  Launch Classes are OPEN TO THE PUBLIC AT NO CHARGE!!

  • Mondays 6:45-7:45 PM  beginning Nov 21st
  • Tuesdays 10:15-11:15 AM beginning Nov 22nd*       *Zumba class time will change to 9-10 AM on this date!
  • Wednesdays 6:45-7:45 PM beginning Nov 23rd
  • Thursdays 10:15-11:15 AM beginning Dec 1st*         *Zumba class time will change to 9-10 AM on this date!
