Beginning Saturday June 9th, we will be changing our current Group Fitness Schedule!  The changes to time and days are listed below!  Monday and Wednesday evening classes are NOT changing!

  • Saturdays:   8:30-9:30 AM   Body Pump   9:45-10:45 AM  Body Combat  NOTE: EARLIER TIMES!
  • Mondays:  10:30-11:30 AM  (45 min class!) Body Combat has been ADDED!  NEW!!!   
  • Thursdays:  6-7 PM Body Combat has been ADDED!  NEW!!!
