MRFC is pleased to welcome Rachel Kelly-Martin to our staff!  Rachel will be teaching a Vinyasa Flow Yoga class on Thursdays 7:15-8:15 PM beginning September 27th!  Rachel is trained in Rasamaya yoga, which translated to fluid movement.  The main aspect of this yoga is creating an intention-based practice around the nine main emotions (called Rasas) through integrative breath and body movements.  Focus will be placed on spinal alignment, core strength and flexibility.  Classes will run in 6 week sessions:  Members:  $48/6 wk or $10/class   Public:  $60/6 wk or $12 /class
