It’s just about time to dig the skates out of the closet and scrape the rust off!  Don’t you wish you could sharpen your body that easily!?   MRFC presents a NEW Pre-Hockey Boot Camp!  This four week session of hockey specific strength training, plyometrics and cardio is designed by our trainers to fit the individual player!  TWO  1 1/2 sessions per week in the gym with supervised training plus one additional prepared session to be completed at home or at the gym independently!  Participation is limited so call now to sign-up!
