Join Mountainside Racquet and Fitness Center’s Newest Personal Trainer, Elizabeth Warner, this January for SHAPE UP AND SLIM DOWN CIRCUIT TRAINING!
This is a 45 Min full body strength, core and cardio based circuit class. Keep your heart rate up while you burn calories and build strength. This class is as challenging as you make it. Modifications will be shown as needed and ALL fitness levels are accepted.
This is a FOUR week program. You can choose one day/week or two days/week. Members: $28/4wks for one day or $48/4wks for two days Public: $40/4wk for one day or $72/4wks for two days!
