FITNESS ON DEMAND!
Don’t be concerned! We are NOT doing away with all our live instructor-led classes, we’re adding over 150 class options! Fitness on Demand will bring a whole new level of variety and excitement with class options and with our ability to now offer you class flexibility….Looking for a 6 AM class?…A 1/2 Hr Lunchtime class?…Sunday AM yoga?…Late evening strength class?…NOW you can have them!! With workout options that can include Kickboxing, Step, Mind-Body classes, strength classes, dance classes and so many more! Check out some of the options of classes we can now schedule:
In terms of our current schedule, we will continue to offer Zumba, PiYo and Dance Aerobics! Les Mills Body Pump will continue only through part of the month of June due to instructor schedules after which we will be replacing some of the classes with a similar format class called RIP (see example above). Still great music, still using bars/weights and with all recognizable moves! We searched for a class format that would fit the needs of our Pump enthusiasts!
Watch over the next month as we set up our 75″ HD TV/Kiosk System!! In June we will start to schedule classes and YES we will be asking for your input as to what types of classes you want and at what times!
