Cardio and Strength Program

Mulitiple stations will have emphasize both cardio and strength with modifications to accomodate all fitness levels. Gain confidence, improve your speed, agility and strengthen your core! This 4 week program will help you succeed in any sport!

Two Timed Rounds of 5 exercises per round repeated twice will be sure to get your heartrate up, get you sweating and start your day off right
