Feelin  PHAT Fitness will be offering classes up here in “the north” as well as in their Newbury Studio!!

To start in January:
Zumba 9-10 am begins Tuesday 1/7

The ZUMBA program is a Latin-inspired, dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin & international music & dance movements, which create a fun, exciting, effective fitness system. A ZUMBA class is made up of cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow & include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, core, abdominals & the heart!
A ZUMBA class also creates a party-like atmosphere that provides a non-intimidating opportunity for non-dancers, new exercisers, or those who have never participated in a group fitness class. At the same time, it is a challenge for experienced participants because they can add their own flavor to the movements. All abilities are welcome!

Barre 9-19 am begins Thursday 1/9

Barre combines Pilates, yoga and ballet moves to give you beautiful, sculpted, lean muscles. The strength and toning style is a unique and fast way to tone the entire body.
A ballet bar is used as well as weights, balls and elastic bands integrated into the classes where high repetition brings the muscles to fatigue and are then stretched, working every body part. Focus is on core strength and midsection toning with proper alignment and form. The music is fun, the moves are fantastic and it’s low impact! All abilities are welcome!

Additional Fees apply as follows:
MRFC members: $7 /class or $50/10 classes
PUBLIC: $10 /class or $80/10 classes

Note also: CHILDCARE will be available Tuesday/Thursday 9-10 am! Sign-up is required by emailing info@feelingphatfitness.com by 5 pm the night before! Rates are $5 for first child and $3 for the second.
