BALANCE, LINE AND STRENGTH
A Full-body workout to music designed to improve muscle tone, strength, flexibility, coordination and alignment. Focus on core strength principles in this workout with emphasis on proper form and safety. Participants should bring mats and water. Modifications will be provided for all fitness levels and abilities!
Nora Spaulding is an AFAA/NASM certified Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer who has been teaching for almost 30 years!
