Body Sculpting
Monday & Wednesday & Friday 9:15 - 10:15 AM
Led by an MRFC Certified Personal Trainer, Body Sculpting is a non-aerobic full body workout using body bars, hand weights, mat work and other various techniques! MRFC membership includes unlimited class participation.
 
Cardio Circuit
Monday 5:15 - 6:15 PM
Improve fitness, burn fat and firm up! Energizing cardio using basic step work and floor drills. Includes upper/lower body muscle strengthening with weights.
 
Cardio Craze
Wednesday 5:15 - 6:15 PM
Fast paced workout using simple cardio intervals combined with strength work for upper/lower body and core. Designed to challenge beginners as well as advanced participants!
 
Dance Aerobics
Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8 - 9 AM
Dance Aerobics is a choreographed aerobic program which changes approximately every 8 weeks. New music, new moves, a great workout and great fun! MRFC membership includes unlimited class participation.
Hatha Yoga
Thursday 9:15 - 10:30 AM
Led by Kripalu certified instructor, Faith Minton, this class is offered as ongoing six week sessions and is an additional fee for both members and the public.
Pilates Strength Class
Thursday 4 - 5 PM Intermediate
Thursday 5 - 6 PM Beginner
This Pilates Mat Class is led by Dot Diehl, a certified Pilates instructor. This class is offered as ongoing six week sessions and is an additional fee for both members and the public. Dot is also available for one-on-one training sessions by appointment.
 

Personal Training
Members: $35.00/Hour Package of 10 - $315.00
Public: $45.00/Hour  Package of 10 - $405.00
