stations including squat press, seated dip,
pull-up, seated row, chest press, leg press,
shoulder press, abdominal bench & back/hip
extension. The dynamic action and movement
of this cutting-edge equipment encourages children
to exercise by simulating the motion of a ride.
Children will want to work out because it will
be fun! All children will be required to participate
in 2 training sessions before being allowed
to use equipment. MRFC has staffed hours on
both Monday and Wednesday from 3:30 - 6 PM
During which training sessions are available. |

This
is a FUN focused class where children can burn
some of their energy while learning that exercise
is rewarding and fun! Children will use their own
body weight in addition to light weights,
resistance bands, plyometric movement, mat work
and a variety of other fun techniques! Program
begins Monday, January 9th. |
